
Annette founded Premier Negotiation Services in 2016 to give ambulatory surgery centers and physician groups the same strategic insight used in large health systems, but with the agility and focus of an independent partner.
With over 30 years in the insurance and managed-care industry, she brings a uniquely balanced perspective to every negotiation, supported by a well-rounded background in contracting, provider relations, billing, claims handling, workers’ compensation, risk management, and litigation.
Most notably, Annette spent over a decade as a Regional Manager for Anthem Blue Cross, where she managed ambulatory surgery center, physician, and imaging contracts across California. She is regarded as a subject matter expert in cost-of-care strategy, implant reimbursement, and contract structure including carve-outs and fee schedule design.
Her experience on both the payer and provider sides allows her to focus on what truly matters, fair, sustainable agreements that make sense for both. Strategic, direct, and results-driven, her approach is grounded in data, guided by payer logic, and built on mutual respect for the process.
After 26 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force, retiring at the rank of Major, Mike transitioned his expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and process management into healthcare credentialing.
During his tenure with Premier Negotiation Services, he has become the backbone of our credentialing and operational system, overseeing payer enrollments, recredentialing, and contract management for surgery centers and physician groups.
Mike also developed Premier’s proprietary Rate Matrix System, a tool that provides a comprehensive view of each payer’s contracted rates, negotiated reimbursement levels, and how they compare across networks. This framework has become an essential resource for analyzing payer performance and supporting data-driven negotiations.
His disciplined, detail-oriented approach ensures that provider data and payer documentation remain accurate, current, and compliant, supporting our mission to keep every client organized, informed, and strategically positioned for success.
